Your personal data are processed, limited to the following purposes, within the personal data processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Receiving and evaluating job applications and conducting recruitment processes,
• Sending commercial electronic messages (e-newsletter, campaigns, announcements, etc.) to you if your explicit consent is obtained,
• Ensuring the security of the Site and detecting and remedying errors,
• Improving user experience and Site performance and conducting statistical analysis,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and using the data as evidence in possible legal disputes.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
• Processing of data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (preliminary processes relating to the job application process),
• Being mandatory for our Company to fulfill its legal obligations,
• Processing of data being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
• Existence of your explicit consent (e-newsletter/marketing communications and optional cookies).

5. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected electronically by automatic means during your visit to the Site through the contact form you fill out on the Site, the job application form (including CV upload), the e-newsletter registration form, cookies, and similar technologies.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

• To request that correction/deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing together with documents verifying your identity, or via your e-mail address registered in our system, through the following channels:
